Run the club
One flat fee per season, according to your members.
The price shown is what you pay: the publisher is under the small-business VAT exemption, so there is no VAT to add and none to reclaim. Working figures — the pricing that applies to your club is set out in the contract before signature.
Which tier fits my club?
How many members do you have? Enter your figure and we show the amount and the recommended tier.
You pay €3 more: two members beyond the 60 included, at €1.50. Nothing locks up, no invoice starts over. If it holds, you change tier the following season — not mid-year.
What you can count on
Try it with your real data
Not a demo set: your file, your bank statements, your transfers. It is the only way to know whether the tool holds up for your club.
- Import your entire membership file, not a sample.
- Import your real bank statements, not a demo.
- Watch reconciliation run on your own transfers.
- Email support answers during the trial too.
Everything else works: full member import, real bank statements, reconciliation on your own transfers. When the number is reached, attribution stops; when the period is over, the club moves to the free Tournaments formula: its tournaments carry on, fees and accounting can no longer be changed. You keep viewing and exporting everything, and the period is extended if you ask.

The club pays by transfer, at the pace of the season: a deposit at the start, the balance at closing. Two due dates, not twelve.
Questions about the club subscription
- What if we go from 58 to 62 members in January?
- You pay €3 more for the current season: two members beyond the 60 included, at €1.50. If the club stays at that level, you change tier the following season.
- Are the included members a quota?
- No, it is a price. The included number says what the flat fee covers; beyond it, each member is billed at the rate shown on the card. Nothing locks.
- How do we pay?
- By transfer, on an invoice in the name of the association, with a structured reference and a QR code. Two invoices per season: the deposit at the start, the balance at closing. No card, no direct debit.
- What if the club loses members?
- The season's flat fee remains due, and anything beyond is calculated on the real figure. If the deposit exceeds the final amount, the difference comes back as a credit note. You move down a tier the following season if the club has durably shrunk.
- Is support charged extra?
- No. Email support is included, during the trial as afterwards, whatever the tier.
- Are these amounts final?
- The four tiers above are settled as a model but remain working figures. The pricing that applies to your club is set out in the contract, before any signature.

No subscription, paid on its entries.
5% of each place’s price, with a €1 minimum per place, online or at the bar. A place is one player in one event. Nothing to pay while the club organises nothing. Enter your prices and your number of players:

all events together: a player in doubles and mixed takes two
How the price is worked out
Our share, per place = the larger of the two: 5% of the place’s price, or €1.
- A place is one player in one event. Someone playing the doubles and the mixed takes two places, and each one counts.
- With degressive pricing, each player pays their first event at the first tier and the next one at the tier after. 120 places for 80 players means 80 first events and 40 second ones.
- Online or at the bar, the calculation is the same. Online, an advance is taken at payment. The rest, including places paid at the bar and free places, is invoiced to the club after the tournament.
- Not included: Stripe’s Bancontact and card fees, paid by the club. Extras (dinner, T-shirt) carry no commission.
Three cases, for 40 places
Stripe’s Bancontact and card fees are borne by the club. The club’s subscription does not cover its tournaments. The minimum applies per place: someone playing two events pays it twice. A place paid at the bar follows the same calculation, invoiced after the tournament. What the tournament module does.
