Do you run the club ? The committee’s step-by-step guides have their own page.
The questions that keep coming up
Open your member space without a password
No account, no password: a link arrives by email and opens your fees.
Complete your member profile
The club sends you a link; you fill in your details yourself, once.
Choose your membership fee
When your club lets you choose: the rates on offer, their price broken down, and the request to the committee.
Pay your membership fee
The QR, the structured reference, and how long before your club sees the transfer.
Pay for several people
Two children, one account: one transfer per person, and why it matters.
Your certificate
In Belgium, the health fund form filled in and signed by the club. Elsewhere, a payment certificate signed by the club.
You are playing a tournament
Manage your players
Who plays under your address: you, your children. Adding a player, correcting their details, removing them.
Enter a tournament
A place held while you pay or confirm, and a waiting list that does the rest when the event is full.
Find a partner
Name them, look for them among the players entered, or change partner as long as the event has not started.
Withdraw from a tournament
Withdrawing frees your place for someone else. The refund follows the club’s rule.
Follow your tournament
Your next match and your court on your phone, and the tournament live for everyone.
What only your club can do
The amount of your fee, the date you joined, a misspelling in your name: your club wrote it and your club alone corrects it. We host its tool; we decide nothing in its place.
So write to them rather than to us: their address is at the bottom of every email they send you.
Your data
One club shares nothing with another. If you belong to two clubs, those are two independent records that never talk to each other. What is kept, and what you may demand, is in our privacy policy (in French).
