Open your space
On the tournament page, choose the event and give your email address. A link arrives in your inbox: it opens your space, without a password. The link works once and for fifteen minutes; if it has expired, ask for another one on the same page.
Your place is held
As soon as you enter, your place is yours for the time the club has chosen — four hours, most often. Nobody else can take it during that time. A deadline that would fall at night is moved to the morning.
Confirm your basket
Your entries and your extras go into “My basket”, on the right of the tournament page. Nothing reaches the club until you press the basket’s button, and that button depends on how the club collects:
- Online payment: “Confirm and pay” opens a secure page in the club’s name, by Bancontact or card. Your place is taken as soon as the payment goes through.
- Payment at the counter: “Confirm” takes your place straight away. You pay on site, on the day of the tournament or when the club asks you to.
- Free event: the place is taken as soon as you confirm the entry; only extras are left to confirm.
When nothing is left to do, the basket shows “All confirmed”. If the time runs out with no payment or confirmation, the place is released and offered to the next person on the waiting list.
Add a supper or a T-shirt
The club’s extras are ordered with the counter, on the page or in the basket. They only count once confirmed: while the line says “To confirm”, the club does not see it.
Who you play with
In doubles, the screen asks who with: your partner’s player code if they gave it to you, otherwise their email address, first name and surname. That is all.
In an Americano event you enter alone: the partner changes every round, so there is nobody to name. And if the tournament counts for DUPR, your record must carry your DUPR ID: the screen asks for it before you confirm.
Pay for two
Tick “I pay for both of us”: the pair is entered in one go, and there is nothing left to wait for from your partner.
When the event is full
Choose “Join the waiting list”. If a place becomes free before registration closes, the first person on the list gets it automatically, and an email tells them how long they have to pay or confirm. After registration closes, the club assigns the places that become free.
Several events
You pay once for all your events in the same tournament. The price is the one shown when your place is taken: if the club changes its price afterwards, nothing changes for you.
