Where it happens

Open your space with the link you received by email, then go to “My fees”. If your club has opened the choice for the season, the rates appear under the name of the season, one below the other.

Each rate is a card of its own: its name, the sentence your club wrote to say who it is for, the price you would pay, and below that the detail — the club fee on one line, the federation affiliation on another. A last line says which period the fee covers, and a “Request” button sends your choice to the club. Nothing is charged at that point.

Why there are two prices

The large figure is what you pay. The struck-through line above it is the price of a full season. They differ when you join partway through: your club only charges you for the months that are left, and the line reading “Covers from … to …” is what says so.

Some lines never shrink, the federation affiliation in particular: it is due for the whole year, whichever month you join. That is why the price is shown line by line rather than as a single amount: joining in January reduces the club’s own line, and leaves the federation line exactly where it was.

Choosing the right rate

  • Read the sentence under the name of the rate: your club wrote it, and it is what says who the rate is for.
  • A youth, student or family rate assumes a condition of age or household. The club checks before confirming.
  • If you are unsure, ask for the one that looks right to you: the club will correct it if it is not, and that is their job.

After your request

Your space then shows that your request is being reviewed by the club. There is nothing more to do and nothing to send back. You will receive an email as soon as the committee has dealt with it, giving the amount to pay and the structured reference.

Until the request is approved, nothing is owed and no payment is asked of you.

If you see no rates at all

  • Your club has not opened the choice: this is the most frequent case. It assigns the fees itself, and yours will appear in your space once it has done so.
  • You already have a fee for this season: it is shown instead, with whatever is left to pay.
  • The season has not started yet: the rates appear when it opens.

In every case it is your club that decides. Write to them rather than to us: their address is at the bottom of every email they send you.
