The link you are sent

It is personal to you: pass it to nobody, it opens your record. If several people in your family share an address, each of them gets their own.

What a club may ask for

It depends on the club and on its federation. One needs your address for its insurance, another your date of birth for an age category, a third nothing beyond your name. The fields marked required are the ones your club decided to make required: we do not draw up that list.

You will not be asked for your national register number

There is no box for it, and there will not be one. A federation sometimes asks for it, but Tocpoc keeps it nowhere: the health-fund form that asks for it is one you fill in yourself, on your own half.

Correcting later

You have moved, changed number: ask your club for a new link, or simply tell them what changed. What you filled in yourself is never overwritten by a file the club imports — it is yours, and it beats their spreadsheet.

What becomes of what you write

That information stays with your club. It does not travel to another club and is sold to nobody: if you belong to two clubs, your two records are independent. The detail is in the privacy policy (in French).
