You already have a partner
Give their player code (they find it in “My players”) or their email address when you enter. They receive a link to confirm, and their place is held in the meantime. Until they have opened their link, the pair is shown without their name.
If you enter them yourself from your space — a child, for example —, choose their profile: they have nothing to confirm.
You are looking for someone
Enter on your own. You appear among the players looking for a partner in that event, and you see those who are already looking: use “Suggest” to propose to one of them, or wait for someone to propose to you. A suggestion that is accepted forms the pair.
A player on their own holds only one place. If nobody has found you by the time registration closes, the club sees the list of players left on their own and pairs them itself; those it cannot pair are refunded.
Change partner
Your partner is injured or can no longer come? As long as the event has not started, replace them from your space with “Change partner”, giving the new partner’s address or choosing one of your profiles. Your place and what you have paid stay as they are. The replaced partner is told by email.
Two cases go through the club: an event that has already started, and a partner whose place was paid by someone other than you.
