How you get in

  • You enter the email address your club knows.
  • You receive a link by email, within the minute, with a six-digit code.
  • The link opens your space. That is all.
  • On a phone where My space is installed, type the code instead: the link would open in the browser, not in the app.
  • Is your address a Google address ? « Continue with Google » gets you in without waiting for an email.

The link works once and stops working after fifteen minutes. That is not gratuitous friction: it opens your data without a password, so it had better not sit in a mailbox for six months. If it has expired, ask for another one.

On your phone’s home screen

My space installs like an app, without going through an app store. On Android, your space offers it itself: « Install ». On iPhone, tap Share at the bottom of Safari, then « Add to Home Screen ». It then opens with one tap, like the rest of your apps.

Nothing arrives

  • Look in the spam folder: that is the most frequent case.
  • Check the spelling of the address.
  • If still nothing arrives, your club probably has a different address for you. They alone can correct it.

The screen shows the same message whether the address is known or not. That is deliberate: otherwise anyone could check whether you belong to a club just by typing your address.

What you find there

  • Your fees: what is left to pay, and what is settled.
  • What you need to pay: the QR for your banking app, or the structured reference to copy.
  • Your certificates, once the fee is paid: a payment certificate signed by the club, and the one for your health fund if your club is in Belgium.
  • The people you look after, each under their own tab, if they are registered with your address.

If you belong to several clubs using the tool with the same address, you see everything in one place. The clubs themselves never see one another.
