Scan the QR
The QR is in your club's email and in your space. Open your banking app and scan: payee, amount and reference are already filled in. All you do is confirm.
Or make the transfer by hand
The club's IBAN and the structured reference are written next to the QR. Copy the reference exactly as it is, into the field your bank provides for it:

It is what says who your transfer belongs to. Writing your name instead is not enough: two members sometimes share one, and a transfer without a reference has to be found by hand by a volunteer.
The “pay online” button charges nothing
It simply opens your space, with the QR and the reference in front of you. There is no card payment: the club collects by transfer, as it already does for everything else. A card would cost it a commission on every fee.
How long before it is recorded
A transfer takes a working day or two to arrive, and your club reads its account when it can — not every hour. Do not pay a second time because your space still says “to pay” the next day.
If you pay a different amount
- Less than the amount due: the fee stays marked partial, with the remainder alongside.
- More: your club sees the difference and decides what to do with it. Write to them.
