Where to find it
In your space, “My fees”. One tab per person: yours, and those of the people you pay for. Open the paid fee by clicking its row, then “Payment certificate (PDF)”. The document downloads at once.
Only for a paid fee
The certificate attests a payment: it only exists under a fee marked “Paid”. If you paid a few days ago, give the treasurer time to load the bank statement.
What it says
- Your name, the season and the period covered.
- The breakdown of the fee, the amount paid and the date of the payment.
- A number, and the club’s stamp and signature if the club has uploaded them. Otherwise the space stays blank and the club signs by hand.
It is written in the language of your member profile.
Who to give it to
Whoever asks for it: your health insurer, your employer, your works council. What they pay back is up to them, not to the club. It is not a tax receipt.
